Toni Sharman has been an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner since 2014 and a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006. Graduating with Honours from Kikkawa ICT College in Massage Therapy she then went on to defend her thesis in reoccurring ear infections in children at Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy.
Drawing from a strong clinical background Toni specializes in pre and post-natal treatments as well sports injuries and chronic pain. Her strong intuitive touch and her ability to listen to the body allows her to give the most effective treatments. Well respected Toni was also on Canadian Health and Lifestyle magazine’s expert panel.
Toni’s passion for health and wellness and her thirst for education has her constantly enrolled in new courses. She is always looking for ways to add tools to her tool box and for fun she is learning Spanish with her 5 year old daughter. Her caring nature and generous spirit has resulted in an extremely loyal and ever growing client base.
*Please note that Registered Massage Therapy treatments with Toni are charged at the same prices as Osteopathy.
Dr. Madeleine Elton
ND, BSc, RN
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011, I worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) for two and a half years before beginning my education in Naturopathic Medicine. I believe that there is a place for both Western and Eastern medicine in our healthcare system and believe that each person is the expert in how the combination of the two works best for them. As an RN I worked with vulnerable populations, with a focus on harm reduction and mental health. I also worked in the areas of sexual and reproductive health.
During my clinical year at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario, I was selected to be on the Fertility Health focus shift where I saw patients at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC).
I am passionate about helping individuals in the areas of anxiety, depression and reproductive health (including fertility, sexual health, pregnancy and menstrual health). That being said, if your concern falls outside of these areas, please do not hesitate to contact me for a free 15-minute meet and greet. Naturopathic Doctors treat the whole body and very often, our different health conditions are all interrelated (mind, gut, skin, menstruation, sleep issues – each affects the others). If you just read that and are thinking “what does my digestive system have to do with my mind?” then it is definitely time you saw a Naturopathic Doctor!
I live in the east end of Toronto (which I adore) with my partner (he’s pretty great too) who works as a carpenter. In my free time I try to get into nature as much as possible, learn more about anything and everything in my field (I especially love podcasts!), take nature photographs, slowly make meals and enjoy them with people I care about and see live music and theatre!
Nicole prides herself in comprehensive patient care. She graduated from Algonquin College with honours in Massage Therapy in 2013 and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since that time. Nicole is also an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO) and strongly believes that continuing education is imperative in treating patients with the best care possible.
Her goal in every massage treatment is to help facilitate the healing process. She uses a variety of techniques to achieve treatment goals such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, stretching, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, remedial exercise and more. Nicole has had success treating headaches, TMJ disorders, upper and lower back pain, frozen shoulders, sciatica, whiplash and more. If you have any questions about treatment of a specific condition feel free to contact me, or book an appointment today!
